Recent study made by EPIserver revealed another interesting fact: 57% of respondents said that they prefer to buy from their favorite online retailers, even if they don't offer the best price. We still have a lot of trust issues that needs to be solved by web based businesses and in my opinion the best way to do it is to focus on quality over quantity.
